Sundown Audio SA10 dual 2 rev 3

I have one SA-10 in a 2.5-3 ft^2 sanded ply box tuned from 30-33 Hz range! This sub gets real loud and has nice crisp starts and stops!! Will buy another one to match this 10 for a blow through in my project truck!!! This sub is amazing and will refer anyone that ask me what a good sub is to sundown!!!

This woofer is wonderful, being a 10" its not expected to provide nice rich, deep bass, but it does. It sounds great and really fills the cabin well. I bought it for my girlfriend, and she ccouldn't be happier. She loves the way it looks and sounds, and I'm equally impressed with all its features, everything about this woofer says "quality"!

It seems that most companies now focus on using the cheapest materials and then trying to make their product look cool enough to pay a high price for low quality. Sundown Audio is one of a handful of companies willing to focus on quality as opposed to silly marketing tactics. I bought this sub after blowing a Rockford Fosgate "Punch" P2. In comparison, the old sub was mostly plastic bs with a cheesy "looks-like carbon fiber but isn't" dust cap designed to entirely cover the thin flexible cone which is just an embarrassment to the quality of the woofer. The SA-10 came with no silly plastic coverings, no cheesy carbon fiber look-alike bs but instead, with a 20Lb driver, a rather solid cone, a beautifully high grade spider, and fantastically powerful sound. To anyone reading this review, Sundown Audio's lowest grade sub is far nicer than anything you will find in Best Buy... QUIT WASTING YOUR MONEY ON "COOL-LOOKING" SUBS! ... Anyway, it's nice to see that there are still some companies out there pushing their limits and creating quality products to earn the consumer's business.

I gave this sub 5 stars because of the quality for the price. This is the best quality for the price :)
